Our specialty bike shop features a full service shop, for bikes, skis, snowboards, grills, skates and much more.&nbsp;You will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing decisions to meet personal and shop sales goals. Through our extensive business and product training you will leverage your love of cycling into a successful career at&nbsp;SCHEELS.&nbsp; Compensation for this position starts at $14.00/hour for Part-Time and $15.00/hour for Full-Time, and average work hours are 20 hours per week for Part-Time and 41 hours per week for Full-Time.</b></p>

<p><b>The Essentials:</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Efficiently provide maintenance and assembly of customer and store equipment. Equipment may involve bicycles, exercise machines, snowboards, skis, hockey skates and sticks, baseball gloves and bats, golf clubs, racquet sports, paintball markers and other merchandise in a Scheels Store.</li>
<li>Safely filling CO2 and compressed air tanks for paintball markers.</li>
<li>Assist with customer deliveries</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and detailed records for store and customer equipment.</li>
<li>Ensure a clean and Professional Environment.</li>
<li>Assist with delivering and loading customer equipment and merchandise at the store and to customer residences.</li>
<li>Ability to speak for extended periods to customers or associates</li>
<li>Excellent Customer Service Skills</li>

<li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.</li>

<b>Schedule:</b><br />

Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays, must be available minimum of two&nbsp;weekends a month. Average hours per week is 15-20&nbsp;hours for part-time and 41 hours for full-time.</p>
