<p>&radic;&nbsp;Do&nbsp;you want to work for the UK's largest children's charity?</p><p>&radic;&nbsp;Do&nbsp;you have experience of and a passion for working with Disabled children, young people and their families?</p><p>&radic;&nbsp;Do&nbsp;you have experience of working within a fostering/short breaks&nbsp;service&nbsp;and&nbsp;undertaking&nbsp;Form F fostering assessments?</p><p>&radic; Are you skilled at recruitment,&nbsp;supporting&nbsp;and matching foster carers with children and families to provide essential&nbsp;personalised&nbsp;family-based&nbsp;short-breaks or full-time permanent fostering placements?</p><p>If you have answered&nbsp;<strong>YES</strong>&nbsp;to the above questions, you may just be the person we are looking for.</p><p>You will be required to:</p><p>&radic; Hold a caseload of up to 12 families, required to deliver some 1-1 work and be flexible.</p><p>&radic; Provide&nbsp;supervision,&nbsp;support&nbsp;and training to foster and short break carers and an on-call provision.</p><p>&radic; To travel throughout the city of Brighton &amp;&nbsp;Hove&nbsp;Council.</p><p>&radic;&nbsp;Supporting&nbsp;the&nbsp;participation&nbsp;of disabled children y/p and ensuring their voice is central.</p><p>&radic; Record on our Charms data base, joint&nbsp;lead&nbsp;responsibility&nbsp;for recruitment of foster carers and manage our Facebook page and&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;data for reporting purposes.</p><p>At Brighton &amp;&nbsp;Hove&nbsp;Link Plus&nbsp;service, we are a&nbsp;supportive,&nbsp;committed&nbsp;experiences team and we are passionate about the work we&nbsp;do.
