We are looking to recruit a IT/Desktop Administrator (M/F) based in Porto Your role will be to: - Install & troubleshoot hardware issues for Laptop, Desktop, Printers and accessories, audio/visual conferencing (Apple Mac hardware and OS) - Ability to perform smart and physical assistance activity under instruction - Conference room,equipment assistance & troubleshooting - Drive and collaborate with multiple stakeholders on day to day operations to coordinate solutions. - Support installation for peripheral and networking hardware, including, but not limited to monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls (McAffee, Crowdstrike, Zscaler, SCCM) - Install & troubleshoot Operating Systems (Windows / MAC/Linux OS) - Experience with networking and security products. Experience with Cisco’s equipment is a plus - Good knowledge on installation and troubleshooting of standard software’s - Good knowledge on installation and troubleshooting of office applications ( Windows 10, Microsoft O365, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Skype, OneDrive) - Ensuring process adherence, meeting the quality norms of Wipro and the customer
