Patient Experience Concierge

Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Concierge greets all patients, families, visitors and staff in assigned area. Proactively assists individuals, providing information, direction and hospitality. May provide guidance to individuals related to other OSF facilities/service areas, coordinate transportation needs, provide local area direction, and advise of area accommodations or amenities. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED 6 months of direct customer service or hospitality experience Basic working knowledge of computers systems Demonstrated oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to reason, interpret and evaluate each situation to provide assistance and resolve issues Demonstrates ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with individuals of various diversities and abilities PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working with an electronic medical records system EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled Job seekers will be afforded equal opportunity regardless of their race, ethnicity, veteran status or disability status.
