Are you a creative and caring communicator, who will put the needs of the donor at the heart of everything you do? If so, you could help this brilliant local hospice achieve its ambition to provide loving care to more local families. To do this, they need to build a more consistent annual income from gifts in wills and in memory donations. <br /><br />We're looking for an experienced fundraiser or marketer who can demonstrate proven experience in and an aptitude for:<br />* Communicating with compassion, expressing empathy with good emotional intelligence <br />* An eye for detail and excellent copy writing skills<br />* Project/campaign management<br />* Networking and persuasive skills - you'll be working with partner solicitors and encouraging funeral directors, spiritual leaders and others to support our work<br /><br />In return, we will offer you flexible working conditions (including hybrid working), a supportive and caring culture with a commitment to your ongoing learning and development.<br /><br />This role will provide opportunities to be entrepreneurial and for creative thinking whilst providing a springboard for your own personal development.
