TOOL PUSHER

At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a <b>Tool Pusher</b> within <b>Eni</b> in <b>Onshore Burun</b><b>, Turkmenistan</b>. You will be responsible for an eleven-hour supervision period over the drilling operation. You will ensure the operation proceeds in a smooth, trouble-free manner regarding rig performance, personnel, and equipment. <br><br><b> As a member of </b> <b>the well area at </b><b>Eni Turkmenistan, you will be responsible for</b>: <br> <ul> <li> Implementing well programs, making sure all equipment required for each phase is ready in advance </li> <li> Assisting the Drilling Supervisor in all phases of Well design programs </li> <li> Identifying tasks for TL Support Groups and submit them for approval </li> <li> Submitting material request for approval and processing </li> <li> Ensuring all improvement opportunities are identified and implemented </li> <li> Pre-planning, organize and supervise the crews to perform operations of the critical path whenever possible, making maximum use of all Burren personnel assigned to the rig and various support groups </li> <li> Ensuring effective handovers for the Night Tool pusher </li> <li> Reviewing the drilling operation plan with the Drilling Supervisor each morning </li> <li> Ensuring that the Drilling Supervisor is made aware of abnormal hole conditions or equipment problems in a timely manner </li> <li> Issuing instructions in writing to the rig crew after review with the Drilling Supervisor </li> <li> Monitoring critical equipment to ensure it is performing as required and detect failures in a timely manner </li> <li> Reviewing spare parts inventories to ensure sufficient spares for critical equipment are available </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Experience as Day Tool pusher, preferably on a land base environment </li> <li> High School or University Degree </li> <li> Valid IWCF Level 4 </li> <li> Good knowledge of general drilling systems for land-based operations </li> <li> Working knowledge of HSE practices common to the company and the industry </li> <li> English language and other languages that would benefit Russian and Turkmen </li> </ul> <br><br><b> Location: </b> <br> <br> <b> Onshore Burun, Turkmenistan </b> <br> <br> <b> Contract type: Temporary </b> <br> <br> <b> Rotation 28/28 </b> <br><br>At Eni,<b> people are the key to our success</b>, which is why our values are focused on<b> diversity, and lifelong learning</b>. <br><br>Eni evaluates applications regardless of candidates' personal and cultural characteristics or orientations.
