Scheme Coordinator

<p><strong>Our clieht has&nbsp;a vacancy in the London Older People&
39;s Services (OPS) team for a Scheme Coordinator. This is a full-time (35 hours per week), permanent Contract which is site-based role operating at one of their schemes in the London Borough of Hackney. In return they can offer a competitive salary of </strong><strong>&pound;23,785 per annum.</strong></p>
<p>Their&nbsp;<strong>Scheme Coordinator</strong> will provide a high-quality caretaking and scheme co-ordination service to schemes in the region and ensure buildings and practices meet Health and Safety legislation.</p>
<p>An Enhanced DBS disclosure is required for this role, and the successful candidate must agree to referral if required prior to an offer.</p>
<p><strong>They are looking for a </strong><strong>Scheme Coordinator </strong><strong>who</strong><strong>:</strong></p>
<p>Has significant recent experience of providing front-line housing management and support services to older people, ideally within an accommodation-based/residential setting.</p>
<p>Experience/knowledge of welfare benefits, dementia, aids and adaptations and other issues commonly affecting older people and their housing would also be desirable, as would a sound understanding of risk management and best practice in the area of safeguarding adults.</p>
