Quality Professional in SII (Solution Integrity and Continuous Improvement)

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile Higher technical education. BSc or MSc – degree in technical discipline. Advanced computer literacy and handling of Microsoft Office applications. Minimum of 10 years work experience in power plant business, project management or engineering or construction / commissioning. Substantial site related experience from industrial and/or construction business or similar. Working experience in global projects and/or interdisciplinary teams is a must. Willingness to travel. Excellent command of spoken and written English. Preferably good command of German. Your responsibilities Identify project profile, search for documented Lessons Learned to be forwarded, assessed and considered to/by the proposal and execution teams, according to the current project phase. Interact with the global SII-team to learn from experiences and contribute with own experiences and observations. Provide structured expert support to project teams evaluating & analyzing project disturbances, and defining quick and effective corrective action. Ideally the candidate should have profound in-depth and hands-on knowledge in one or more disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, process engineering, instrumentation & control) and/or specific components. Responsibly leads the NC-evaluation and analysis for an assigned area of responsibility (can be a portfolio of projects, a location or a function) Previous tenure in engineering or construction / commissioning discipline is required. Knowledge of industry typical RCA methods is required, but can be supplemented whilst on the job.
