Supply Chain Finance Analyst

Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies, and application in a concrete organizational context.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br> The Supply Chain Finance Analyst supports UAE, Singapore, and South Africa aftermarket center operation. The role directly supports the Product Line Finance leader and operation leaders for all the financials aspects of the Product Line. <br><br><b>As a Supply Chain Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for:</b><br><ul><li>Analyzing and reporting on quarterly Product Line financial and Global Supply Chain (GSC) KPI's, versus forecast Operating Plans (OP) and the quarter of the last year, for base cost and other category in income statement, for UAE, Singapore, and South Africa aftermarket center operation.</li><li>Partnering with Shared Services for monthly and quarterly closing for UAE, Singapore, and South Africa aftermarket center operation.</li><li>Focusing on process improvement opportunities across Profit and Loss (P&L) to improve efficiency and performance for UAE, Singapore, and South Africa aftermarket center operation.</li><li>Assisting Senior Finance Manager and team on all other matters as required</li><li>Supporting sourcing and Global Operation Finance Buy to Pay (GOF B2P) on supplier payment resolution</li><li>Partnering with Shared Service team to manage statutory audit, tax review and other legal entity statutory and tax compliance case.</li><li>Managing Finance part in ERP implementation and enhancement.</li><li>Reviewing account reconciliation.</li><li>Implementing a strong interface with different functions to collect information and help them reach their targets by answering to all finance-related questions.</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br> <b>To be successful in this role you will:</b> <br><ul><li>Have a bachelor's degree in finance from an accredited college or university or equivalent.</li><li>Have 5-10 years' experience in Finance.</li><li>Have experience in Oil&Gas industry.</li><li>Have experience working with SAP.</li><li>Have experience to work with virtual team in multi-country.</li><li>Have good communication skills, show interpersonal and leadership skills.</li><li>Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
