Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations<br><br>As an Assembly Repair Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Performing mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhaul on artificial lift equipment</li><li>Working to pre-defined procedures in line with established work practices and quality standards</li><li>Assisting in incident investigations and troubleshooting and diagnosing artificial lift equipment</li><li>Assisting in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality</li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will have:<br><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Relevant industry experience (electronic, oilfield, automotive) with excellent mechanical aptitude (reading blue prints, etc.)</li><li>Show good mechanical skills, and the ability to multitask whilst using technical equipment</li><li>Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills</li><li>Be proficient in reading and interpreting methods and procedures, drawings, and parts lists</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis</li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
