Responsibilities Your Impact: Providing support to our Austin colleagues across Security, Permissions and Quality Control Processes including: Logging known issues Document resolution to Data Quality Issues Register Hierarchy Creation / Maintenance Account Classification to prescribed Definitions, De-duplication, Data Enrichment to Prospect, Customer, Account and Partner of SolarWinds Validation / Improvement, verification via 3rd Party (D&B, Lattice Engines, Web Search, etc.) Internal resources (Program Manager, Sales Leadership, Account Owners, etc.) Data Mapping Legacy & Acquisition related to product, process, system Review / Archive / Remove stale workbooks, data sources, users, Data Cataloguing, Definitions, Classification, Sensitivity Rating, Source Certification Develop relationships with stakeholders – data owners, operations, BizApps, etc. Qualifications Your Experience: Excellent analytical & business skills. Data management background Understanding data Data architecture How to ingest, process and consume data Proficient in SQL queries, data analysis and profiling Ability to exercise independent thinking, good judgement Ability to multi-task, problem solve, make decisions and operate in a high paced environment Ability to coordinate with business and technical subject matter experts.
