Manufacturing Engineer

Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.<br><br><b> Take ownership for project management </b><br><br>Responsible for planning and executing planned and unplanned maintenance to ensure the equipment is within certification and will operate I function as intended during offshore operations. Works with the Customer, the Core Team and the Support Functions on Inpex related matters with regards to Repair, Planned Maintenance, Mobilisation & Demobilisation and Re-certification scopes, also be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Creating of work orders in Oracle to align with Customer and ISL requirements of Repair, Planned Maintenance, Mobilisation & Demobilisation and Re-certification scopes.<br></li><li>Working with Integrated Service Leads (ISL), Engineering, Workshop Leads and Customer when required to define specific repair , mobilisation and demobilisation scope, liaise with planner, identify resources and order parts/ tooling required, follow up as necessary until complete, ensure relevant documentation is updated, signed off and stored in a structured manner for future reference.<br></li><li>Generating forecast and applicable CTR's for Planned Maintenance, Recertification and Calibration, working closely with ITO, Engineering and Customer to agree scope, liaise with planner, identify resources and order parts/ tooling required, follow up as necessary until complete on time and within budget, ensure relevant documentation is updated, signed off and stored in a structured manner for future reference.<br></li><li>Overseeing work scopes from Work Order creation to CoC including issuing spare parts, managing third party scopes such as NDT, recoating, re-machining and re-certification.<br></li><li>Managing variations by working closely with the ISL, Workshop Leads and internal customers to define additional requirements (scope, hrs, parts, etc.).<br></li><li>Working closely with internal customers such as Sourcing, Engineering, Planner and Workshop Leads to ensure that work scopes are completed in a timely manner.<br></li><li>Managing and continuous improvement of Work Order templates to ensure required scope is covered and work is carried out in an efficient manner.<br></li><li>Identifying of new processes, grouping of tools and work order streamlining to maximize efficiencies.<br></li><li>Identifying of storage requirements and implement Work Order instructions where necessary<br></li><li>Generating reports as required for Team or Customer<br></li><li>Being actively participate in HSE, Integrity and Quality initiatives<br></li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 10 years of experience in Subsea, Services or Manufacturing.<br></li><li>Have Baker Hughes Subsea Equipment product knowledge highly advantageous.<br></li><li>Have strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.<br></li><li>Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Works well under pressure.<br></li><li>Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
