<li style=''box-sizing: border-box; position: relative; line-height: 1.618; margin: 0px 0px 10px;''>Works closely with the Operations Leader to direct the activities of the Operators, Maintenance Personnel, Technical Staff and Administration staff.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box; position: relative; line-height: 1.618; margin: 0px 0px 10px;''>Works with engineers and Optimization Specialists to optimize area volumes, expenses and long term value.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box; position: relative; line-height: 1.618; margin: 0px 0px 10px;''>Assists with production volume tracking, operating expense tracking, cash generated analysis and budgets.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box; position: relative; line-height: 1.618; margin: 0px 0px 10px;''>Works with Facilities Engineers to ensure existing and new facilities are safe and efficient.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box; position: relative; line-height: 1.618; margin: 0px 0px 10px;''>Works with third party producers to ensure optimal performance.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box; position: relative; line-height: 1.618; margin: 0px 0px 10px;''>Makes recommendations for improvement in operations and maintenance processes.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box; position: relative; line-height: 1.618; margin: 0px 0px 10px;''>Works with Lead Operator to organize and execute major/minor turnarounds.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box; position: relative; line-height: 1.618; margin: 0px 0px 10px;''>Commissions and starts-up new facilities.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box; position: relative; line-height: 1.618; margin: 0px 0px 10px;''>Assists the training and development of field personnel by providing mentorship, technical knowledge and guidance.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box; position: relative; line-height: 1.618; margin: 0px 0px 10px;''>Provides input to employee assessments and reviews, provides strong field presence and mentorship for field staff.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box; position: relative; line-height: 1.618; margin: 0px 0px 10px;''>Establishes staff schedules such as weekend, holiday and vacation coverage.</li>
