<b>ITC Infrastructure Services Manager - 12 Months Contract - Rotational - Iraq</b> <br><br> 28 x 28 Rotation<br><br> All flights, accommodation, food, visa's will be paid for you<br><br> The Infrastructure Services Manager is responsible for delivering Voice, Data & Collaboration services to 6500 users located across 80 sites. IT&C Infrastructure compromises the following: 1 Traditional & 6 Containerised Data Centres, 200 Servers Hosted on Hyperconverged Infrastructure1,400 Cisco Networking Devices & 45 Next Generation Firewalls. 2,400 Cisco VoIP Phones & 50 Video Conferencing Suites.<br><br> In your first few weeks in this ITC Infrastructure Services Manager role, you can expect to:<br><br><ul><li>Lead, build and manage a team of local, expat and 3rd party professionals</li><li>Effectively manage ITC Infrastructure to deliver a robust, resilient, cost-effective and secure service to the business according to agreed service levels</li><li>Support service recovery from incidents and crises, including full problem management and Root Cause Analysis to avoid repeat incidents</li><li>Develop a collaborative team-based culture of innovation and continuous improvement focused on the pursuit of service excellence by monitoring performance and productivity levels within the department.</li></ul> The ITC Infrastructure Services Manager role requires an individual with leadership capabilities and multi-tasking skills, as well as an excellent understanding of IT Infrastructure and Services.
