Lead Piping Engineer - Rotterdam, Netherlands

<br>My client, an international consultancy, is now on the lookout for a Senior Lead Piping Engineer to join their piping team to be based in The Hague on a 12-month contract. The role will involve working various offshore projects as a Design Engineer/Lead. The successful candidate will have the responsibility for managing and executing the piping engineering and design activities, such as:<br><br>• Take part and contribute to various planning activities, including IAP planning and scrum sessions.<br>• Performing feasibility studies.<br>• Executing engineering plans in both the FEED and Detailed Design Phases.<br>• Preparing Design Packages.<br>• Visiting Offshore facilities.<br>• Liaising with other engineering disciplines, including Pipe Stress and Pipe Material.<br>• Supporting with construction phase.<br>Requirements:<br><br>• 15 years' experience in the Petro-chemical Industry.<br>• Experience with Brownfield projects.<br>• Experience working offshore.<br>• Knowledge of Dutch and international rules and regulations.<br>• Fluent in English speaking and writing.<br>• Experience using PDMS (E3D preferred), ACAD and Navisworks.<br>• Good presentation skills<br>• Valid offshore certificates.<br><br><br>If you think you would be right for this role, feel free to send me your CV.<br /><br />To help Leap29 find you that perfect job, we need to store and process your personal information.<br />That means that your details will be entered into Leap29's database and our consultants may contact you from time to time with relevant job opportunities.<br />By applying you're confirming you're happy for us to do that!
