Customer Experience Business Partner

We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Experience Business Partner to join our Customer Satisfaction team. Our team’s mission is to be Customer’s first advocate & connect our teams to provide simplified seamless experience. Through innovation and digitisation, you will play an integral part as a change agent towards continuous improvement. Based in Macquarie Park Sydney, this role will report into the Customer Satisfaction Director. You’ll be responsible to lead the End-to-End Customer Satisfaction & Quality function of customer experience from order receipt to final delivery. Lead a small team of quality and continuous improvement professionals to partner with and be the first point of contact for the business. Specific responsibilities include but not limited to; champion of customer centricity and partner with business/commercial VPs bring the customer voice to the business and be the advocate for customer within the various businesses drive structured CJM to remove customer pain points and accelerate customer satisfaction benchmark, identify & capitalize on best practices in quality and customer experience lead the deployment of tailored delivery capabilities within the respective business, maximizing the Customer Process Capabilities About you: You’re innovative and strategic, focused on finding opportunities for continuous improvement and ways to optimise work processes. You’re customer-obsessed, going above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers. In addition, you possess the following relevant skills and attributes to be successful; minimum bachelor’s degree in any engineering field and/or Continuous Improvement Certification skilled in E2E Customer Experience Service Models demonstrated experience of at least 8 years in customer satisfaction & quality sound experience in industrial/logistics/quality/continuous improvement At Schneider Electric your career will be meaningful, inclusive and you will be empowered.
