Global Tender Manager

What will you do? Responsible for administrating, consulting and/or negotiating product/service contracts with external customers. Develops presales contract strategies and works closely with marketing, sales, business management, and technical/engineering teams to structure proposals/contracts/bid documents. Negotiates contracts that are consistent with business objectives and engages in contract amendments and renegotiation to accommodate scope changes. Ensures fulfilment of contractual obligations from contracting parties. Does not require the incumbent to have legal qualification. Analyze complex/multi technology RFQs (Request for Quotation) with ability to draft amendments during influence phase. Animate multi-BU tender preparation (Cat A) and consolidate technical and financial data. Optimize project set-up and participate to external partners detection and qualification. Enhance & consolidate quotes to reach target price while avoiding rejection and margin slippage. Manage global tender risk analysis with SRMs. Support the Opportunity Leader during customer negotiations and closing of the deal. Contribute strongly to the Tender Managers community.
