Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value. <br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for carrying out goods receipt, material release, storage tasks, coordinating the movement of raw materials, parts, semi-finished and finished products to receiving, warehousing, and production areas based on production plans, procedures, work plans, and oral and written instructions. Supporting the shift manager in warehousing tasks and in providing the necessary conditions for the day-to-day work of the assemblers.<br><br>As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Following processes for receiving storage and material release<br></li><li>Use and movement of machines, hydraulic pallet lifting and material storage trolleys in compliance with occupational safety regulations<br></li><li>Communication with the procurement team, design team and management to operate as efficiently as possible.<br></li><li>Reading the list of materials, receiving materials<br></li><li>Identification of materials based on the delivery note. (item number, quantity, unambiguous correspondence) In case of discrepancy, start, follow-up, close, analyze NCR (non-compliance reports)<br></li><li>Domestic / import differentiation of incoming shipments and treatment according to procedures.<br></li><li>Inspection of incoming goods, receiving and, if necessary, preparation and reporting of damage reports to the functional manager or to the quality manager<br></li><li>Providing technical support to assembly colleagues<br></li><li>Documentation management (issue / revocation)<br></li><li>Preparation of project materials for production<br></li><li>Compliance with HSE and other workplace regulations<br></li><li>Reporting injuries or quasi-accidents immediately to your workplace manager or the factory's KEM department<br></li><li>Reporting bugs / non-conformities to the Logistics Manager, Quality Manager<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Hold knowledge of inventory management module of enterprise management system<br></li><li>Have experience in Computer skills (MS Windows, Office)<br></li><li>Demonstrate a team player attitude<br></li><li>Show ability to work independently<br></li><li>Have Creativity, good problem-solving skills, flexibility<br></li><li>Be Work disciplined and adherence to rules<br></li><li>Show Commitment to quality<br></li><li>Have experience using SAP / Oracle Knowledge<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
