<b>Onshore Operations Support Team Lead</b><br> <br> <b>Job Title</b>: Onshore Operations Support Team Lead<br> Business/Department: Onshore Operations<br> Reporting To: Onshore Maintenance Superintendent <br> <br> <b>Job Purpose</b><br> Accountable member of the Onshore Operations Support Team. Provide technical and managerial guidance to the Operations Support Team.<br><br> <b>Key Result Areas (Key Accountabilities)</b><br> 1. Provide a lead role in the Operations Support Team, leading engineers and other staff to achieve the business goals<br> 2. Provide expertise and guidance in all business processes.<br> 3. Ensure Projects are executed on time and within budget<br> 4. Ensure Change is managed effectively by adhering to the Management of Change Standard<br> 5. Ensure competence and performance of Responsible Persons for Safety Critical Elements<br> 6. Interface with the Dubai Petroleum Establishment engineering department to ensure maintainability is considered when specifying, procuring and installing new or replacement equipment.<br> 7. Coordinate and provide leadership for planning and scope of scheduled outages to ensure best use of downtime while minimising losses.<br> 8. Contribute to and support the Dubai Petroleum maintenance management strategy.<br> 9. Support and manage subordinates, and work closely with other disciplines within Onshore Operations.<br> 10. Identify, propose and promote opportunities and initiatives to reduce annual OPEX and CAPEX budget spend, including cost studies and justifications to support proposals for any short and long term projects.<br> 11. Manage both OPEX and CAPEX budgets, providing a monthly oversight of costs and expenditures for the department. Managing the budget requires adhering to strict internal protocols on expenditures. Maintaining a well-managed budget allowing for continued smooth operations and growth within the department.<br> 12.
