Your Role: The Web Delivery Team is looking for a new team member passionate about transforming strategic goals into initiatives and delivering projects from requirements to production. The Web Program Manager be accountable for achieving strategic goals within the Program. To succeed, you will need to: Work with leadership to understand our department strategic goals. Cooperate with Web Product and Engineering Managers to transition ideas into projects. Drive the definition and delivery of Key Initiatives within your Program. Responsibilities Your Impact: Work with Leadership, Product Managers, Product Owners, Architecture, UX, and other departments to convert a strategic vision into reality Active contributor on creating program schedule, communication plan, track, and report progress regularly Regularly communicate with stakeholders and senior management on program progress, risks, and roadblocks Drive Sprint Agile Delivery for Web Development teams, including Grooming, Planning, Execution, and Go-Live Qualifications Your Experience: MSc or BSc in Software Engineering or equivalent Experience in Managing Software Development Projects Working closely with SW Development teams in an Agile environment Stakeholder Management Ability to: Participate in discussions about requirements and implementation details of web projects Breakdown technical projects into executable and measurable work streams Deal with ambiguity, analyze and solve problems with creative solutions Drive effective communication, collaboration, and commitment
