Channel/Partner Marketing - Senior Professional

What will you do? The primary purpose of the Channel Marketing Manager is to support the channel and alliances sales team(s) in gaining market segment share, generating sales and growth by creating loyal, self-sustaining, valuable marketing programs for distributors/VAR/resellers/contractor/managed service providers (Channel) that add growth value to our APC by Schneider Electric solutions. Works closely with the channel head and alliance sales team, channel program and enablement specialists, and strategic marketing. · The Channel Marketing Manager will deliver strategically sound and tactically superior marketing programs ‘to’ and ‘through’ the Channel landscape go to market. · Works in coordination with the Channel (sales, program and enablement) and Alliances Team & the Strategic Marketing Team to develop, drive, grow sales through measurable programs, MDF activities, joint promotions and other opportunities. Increase reseller base, partner interaction, partner sales enablement, and ultimately grow sales revenue. · Will extend APC measured awareness and preference by delivering together with the Channel Partners, strategically sound and tactically communications, using all available and appropriate tools of the marketing mix (Events, eDM, PR, Media, Digital Marketing) · Focuses on organic revenue growth via marketing tactics with partners and new certified accounts, increasing the Channel Partners effectiveness and efficiency through Co-op and MDF fundings · Owns the execution of all channel programs/activities, and works closely with the internal Channel stakeholder and the Strategic Marketing to recruit, certified, maintain partner relation management. Tertiary Degree or qualification in Marketing or Communications Minimum of 8 years marketing experience – IT Channel Marketing experience a plus. Proven experience of Channel sales support Experience building and executing demand generation plans, including email, webinar, event and online programs. Digital channel marketing knowledge is a must Understanding of the channel ecosystem, and working knowledge of the fundamentals of technology preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively Ability to build rapport both internally and externally Negotiation skills Organization and priority setting skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Why us?
