Commercial Project Manager

For our Industrial Applications- Solution Customer Services Group in Kartal we are looking for a Commercial Project Manager. This role will be responsible for completion of all tasks of commercial, logistics and legal relevance in the service projects to deliver on schedule, at optimal cost / profit and to the required standard of quality. What are my responsibilities? • Preparing offers performing commercial, administrative and financial duties collaborating with the sales group and processing the related tools. • Take role in preparation of legal and commercial conditions of contracts with clients, attend contract negotiations. • Responsible of controlling and monitoring the order intake, sales targets & costs of related Business Unit. • Take a commercial project management role in projects in line with the commercial, contractual, tax and legal regulations according to Project Management Guidelines in Siemens Energy. • Maintaining relationships related with sales activities with Sales Team in Region and HQ. • Performing and monitoring the monthly and quarterly forecast operations and the yearly budgeting activities. • Preparation of the monthly reports requested by BU Management, HQ. • Controlling the receivables, payables, hedging and the IFRS reporting and related monthly closing activities. • Take role in preparation of legal and commercial conditions of contracts with clients, attend contract negotiations. What do I need to qualify for this job? • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related area , • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a related field, • Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills, team work oriented.
