Business Development Graduate

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Business Development Graduate for our Melbourne based graduate program starting in February 2023. This role may suit someone who is studying a double degree in engineering and commerce/business and does not want to pursue a technical career. <br><br>Will also suit those studying business (international business), commerce, journalism or marketing. <br><br>This position will report directly to the Regional Proposals Manager - APAC. <br><br><b> Responsibilities </b><br><br><b> Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities </b> <br><ul><li> Assisting the Business Unit Senior Vice President/ Vice President Business Development and/or Business Development Manager to ensure process adherence to Strategy & Development procedures and corporate governance requirements </li><li> Arrange and host Lead Review Meetings and ensure notes and actions are circulated in a clear and timely way </li><li> Provide Business Development reports, information, and analysis for area of responsibility as required by the Business Unit, including dashboards/ this may include sales funnel reports, wins and losses, work to win analysis, competitor analysis and market research </li><li> Microsoft CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Dynamics administration for the Business Unit which may include booking won opportunities, adding customers and competitors, providing superuser support (generating dashboards, scheduling reports), training new users in the system, monitoring the accuracy of data held in Microsoft CRM Dynamics and making corrections on behalf of the Business Unit.
