This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management, development, direction, scheduling, and staffing of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) for installation and service activities in areas of compressors, gas turbines, control systems, multi-stage pumps, steam turbines and turbo-expanders and other turbomachinery event. The role will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers&
39; site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Participates in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.<br />

As a Lead Resource Manager you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Promoting excellence in safe working environment, Quality and ensures compliance with applicable EHS &amp; Quality policies and procedures. Address any issues highlighted during site activities in order to achieve successful completion of the assigned task with Integrity and HSE/Quality compliance</li>
<li>Managing Field Service Engineer team, developing both technical and managerial skills through training path to achieve certification target and coaching session and ensure FSEs Goals &amp; Objectives are aligned with the company strategy</li>
<li>Cooperating on a day-by-day practice with regional Finance teams and maximize utilization of resources and manage budget cost to achieve financial target of OCPH.</li>
<li>Coordinating with FS Regional Pool to provide effective support and balanced utilization in respect of Working Time Regulation, fatigue management policy and OT production.</li>
<li>Managing and analyzing the service demand (regional &amp; global) to ensure adequate FSE supply within the reference area or worldwide, in line with activities scope of work.</li>
<li>Guaranting the on time FSEs mobilization through the cooperation with Regional Team, Assignment and Mobilization Specialist to provide FSE&
39;s compliant mobilization.</li>
<li>Ensuring customer satisfaction deploying qualified FSEs for complex and standard Field Service Projects, collecting feed-back to understand assignment appreciation from customer and, eventually, implement corrective actions.</li>
<li>Effectively communicating with team members, P&amp;Ls and AE support personnel during pre-job planning and post outage meetings</li>
<li>Supporting the hiring process for interviewing and onboarding and ensuring resources target is to meet customer commitments and hub/region/operations objectives.</li>
<li>Willing to travel extensively and perform engagement leadership visits and meet with Customer representatives and team members.</li>
<li>Interacting with regional Planning / Resources Management structure in order to cross-fulfil customer requirement.</li>

<li>Have at least 5 years experience as a Resource manager within Oil &amp; Gas industry.</li>
<li>Have knowledge of TPS equipment and operation, commissioning, and startup.</li>
<li>Have capability in working under pressure, clear thinking, decisiveness. Team player skills.</li>
<li>Have English and Spanish knowledge, spoken and written.</li>
<li>Have familiarity with common PC software tools.</li>
</ul>
