Channel & Segment Marketing Communication Leader Romania and Moldova

Now, we have a job opportunity for a temporary replacement of Channel & Segment Marketing Communication Leader Romania and Moldova in our Global Marketing Department. Your role will be to increase Schneider Electric's awareness and preference in the local markets of Romania while delivering a significant impact on the country’s business performance and strongly contribute to brand equity enhancement. What will you do: Grow strong Brand preference and drive positive brand share of voice across owned, shared and earned (Tier1) media. Reach superior level of visibility of company solutions / products / software with positive perception across the country. Secure proper investment in brand via all communication streams: PR, social media, influencers, events, online marketing, digital engagement, web, portals, apps, etc. Drive intensivly Thought Leadership program and Customer Reference stories through local PR. Build and drive TL strategy based on thorough analysis of the businesses’ potential in key areas relevant to the market. Drive Marketing Planning process from Annual Marketing and Sales Plan priorities defined by the Business Units to Marketing Intelligence quarterly tactical planning and reporting, ensuring optimal use of annual marketing communication budget. Engage customers across different Channel and Segment Marketing Campaigns, Programs & Events, being set as integrated part of the country and local business units Go-To-Market strategy, covering the full Marcom mix management, including strong leadership in Events organization and support (digital, physical, hybrid), that are either owned, either organized by third parties. Improve (digital) customer relationship through customer journey touch points (web, apps, newsletters, webinars, events, innovation experience..), to drive and accelerate demand & lead generation towards tangible opportunity pipeline and influenced / generated revenues. Track, measure, evaluate all marketing program results, report and apply upgraded programs. Cooperate with HR department on managing Employer Branding and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) as talent recruitment and talent retention strategy. Qualifications Experience and skills we are looking for: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or equivalent preferred; Work background in medium large multinational company (B2B or professional B2C), preferable from new technology, energy management, or in digital agency; 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or communication (Thought leadership, PR, AR, Social Media, influencer & disruptive marketing); Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both English and Romanian; Strong digital marketing skills (digital advertising, social media, web analytics,). Ability to define and deploy new digital communication tools and processes, improve customer journey and foster Brand development; Knowledge of lead and demand generation, marketing automation, within B2B industries is an advantage.
