PROPOSAL SPECIALIST

The Proposal Specialist has overall responsibility for leading the tender process on quotes and Level 1 tenders, from receipt of ITT to handover to project execution. <br>The Proposal Specialist must demonstrate that due diligence has been followed with respect to the delivery schedule and costing, and obtain management approvals in line with tender governance rules.<br>The Proposal Specialist is also the main tendering point of contact for the customer and manages the response to all tender bulletins and requests for clarifications.<br>The Proposal Specialist is responsible for the efficient handover to project execution following contract award.<br><br><b>Minimum Job Qualifications</b><br> Education: Engineering, Business Administration or related field is preferable.Minimum necessary experience: 3 year`s experience in bidding, tendering and/or sales.
