<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk">Our client, a leading transcreation agency are hiring an HR Business Partner to join their forward thinking People function. &nbsp;We are looking for an experienced HR generalist with a proven track record as a business partner. <br /><br /> &nbsp;<br /><br /> You will be able to quickly establish strong relationships and act as the trusted advisor to senior leaders in their business areas. Acting as the main point of contact for your business areas, you will directly manage an HR Advisor who will be your operational support. Working across some the most exciting client groups in the business; Tech, Digital, Creative and New Biz, around 300 employees &ndash; you will be able to flex your style accordingly to each area. &nbsp;<br /><br /> &nbsp;<br /><br /> You will deliver a proactive, commercially driven HR support and guidance to our employees and the wider business.&nbsp; The role will include HR business partnering, organisational design, employee relations, talent management, reward and wellbeing, as well as providing high level support to the HR Director to enable the delivery of the company&rsquo;s human resources strategy and business objectives.<br /><br />
<ul><li>Build and maintain effective working relationships with line managers, business leaders and other key stakeholders within your business units.&nbsp; Ensure they can access strategic, operational and best practice advice on a range of HR issues within the business and a positive employee relations climate is maintained</li><li>Support, and advise, line managers and business leaders on all aspects of organisational design and change management, including: changes to structures, job roles, reporting lines, process improvements, role eliminations etc</li><li>Advise and coach managers on performance, conduct/capability, absence, or employee relations matters and ensure that all issues are dealt with in good time, sensitively and appropriately</li><li>Partner with and coach line managers, building their competence and confidence to enable them to effectively lead their teams and the business</li><li>Support managers, where required in improving: productivity, effectiveness, morale and team spirit among employees</li></ul>
