<br /> We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to join an established financial services organisation in Bristol. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Company&rsquo;s marketing plan. This includes supporting the business&rsquo; go-to-market strategy and ensuring that the marketing plan is executed in a timely way, with clear focus on ROI, growth and sales development. The post-holder will align closely with the corporate Marketing function department and ensure corporate project delivery is executed to support UK strategy.<br /> &nbsp;<br /><br /> <strong>What you&rsquo;ll be doing?</strong><br />
<ul><li>Execution Marketing strategy developed in conjunction with other key stakeholders to achieve commercial targets</li><li>This marketing strategy will be approved by the ExCo and periodically updated<br />to reflect changes in strategy</li><li>Retain overall responsibility and accountability for the marketing budget</li><li>Develop, coach and motivate the marketing team so that each member of the<br />team can act independently and with appropriate autonomy to deliver against<br />the agreed marketing plan strong&nbsp;written communication and presentation skills</li></ul>
<br /> <strong>What experience you&rsquo;ll need to apply?</strong><br /><strong><br /></strong>
<ul><li>Previous marketing experience in a Corporate environment</li><li>Ability to work independently and on own initiative</li><li>Strong understanding of B2B marketing and channel sales</li><li>Understanding of financial promotions and related regulation</li><li>Budget management and demonstrating measurable ROI</li><li>Loyalty and channel incentive scheme management to grow</li><li>partner share of wallet</li><li>Effective stakeholder management</li></ul>
