One of our clients in the United Arab Emirates, an established FE Education Organisation is looking to appoint PhD qualified Assistant Professors / Senior Instructors to start employment in August 2022 at their campuses in Ajman, Al Ain and Abu Dhabi in the UAE.</p>
<p>You would be expected to teach your specialized subject preparing students to leave Further Education and contribute effectively to the workforce (Emergency / Healthcare sectors), aiming to meet the United Arab Emirates growing need for skilled healthcare professionals.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>PhD in one of the following subject areas:</p>
<ul>
<li>Nursing (Midwifery / Mental Health)</li>
<li>Pharmacy</li>
<li>Physiotherapy</li>
<li>Psychology</li>
<li>Radiology, medical imaging</li>
<li>Emergency Health</li>
</ul>
<p>Minimum of 3 years of teaching in Higher Education or clinical experience</p>
<p>Fresh PhD Graduates with Active Research record (Publications registered in Scopus Database or Scholarly Publications)</p>
<p>(Regard is given to teaching experience, research, creative achievement and professional contribution.)</p>
<p><strong>Package</strong></p>
<p>Basic Tax-Free Salary = 13,000 AED to 15,500 AED per month – Instructor / Professor</p>
<p>(Based on experience, PhD work)</p>
<p>Accommodation Allowance - 7,424 AED to 13,000 AED per month</p>
<p>Education Allowance for children = 80,000 AED (per annum / family)</p>
<p>Medical Insurance – Self, spouse & 3 children</p>
<p>Relocation Allowance</p>
<p>Air ticket for employee, spouse and 3 dependent children below the age of 18 years</p>
<p>Annual Gratuity</p>
