Your Role: At the heart of SolarWinds TA, we are passionate about delivering a meaningful employer brand proposition and collaborate cross-functionally to drive recruitment across EMEA. As a SolarWind's Senior Recruiter you will create and execute against internal and external branding activities and help us scale our people-first culture. Successful candidates will have experience in taking initiative, being creative, driving, building partnerships globally and cross-functionally, are experienced internal communicators, and who can earn trust with their customers. This person would be obsessed with iterative and continuous process improvement based on customer feedback. This is a very exciting time to be joining our international team. You will be joining a talented team of driven, hardworking and friendly recruiters who are located all over the world, and your primary focus will be to take care of our EMEA Technical and Sales requisitions. Responsibilities Your Impact: Support our EMEA Sales and Technical teams to design and execute effective hiring strategies Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels. Utilise various sourcing strategies and platforms to attract the best talent to our hiring teams Take ownership and drive the full end to end recruitment process, from stakeholder management through to offer negotiation and contracts Bring in industry best practices and leverage new ideas to provide a best in class candidate experience Utilize global analytics to leverage data and metrics by standardizing reporting for visibility to all aspects of the program to include total hires, diversity metrics, cost, retention, and intern conversions Participate in various internal and external talent branding activities in order to partner, educate and create advocacy around our benefits, programmes and hiring activities in order to grow year over year Why SolarWinds: You will be part of a winning global team who all support each other and challeng each other every day to grow and develop We offer a competitive salary as well as a suite of comprehensive benefits, including pension, health insurance, volunteer days, office perks, sabbaticals, company wide holidays and more Qualifications Your Experience: Third level qualification in HR, Business, Marketing or similar. Specialisation in HR or recruiting preferred Minimum of 5 + years experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR field Experience in hiring tech talent across Europe a distinct advantage Experience in hiring high volume in software industry Technically savvy and hands on knowledge of key tools, ATS, MS office - Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint Strong programme management and stakeholder management experience Self-starter, innovator and experimenter Passion for SolarWinds’s mission, vision, values, and culture Strong & Assertive communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate to work and grow in the technical recruiting space
