Your Role: Collecting SWNA delinquent accounts (phone and email), advise sales reps, answer incoming questions through team mailbox, answer que calls, ability to use excel. Responsibilities Your Impact: Contacting business AR departments for payment (phone and email) Working out issues which are causing delinquencies Advise sales reps, answer incoming questions through team mailbox, answer que calls Ability to use excel Ability to make decisions regarding holding an account due to non-payment Qualifications Your Experience: NetSuite or other ERP program Ability to speak clearly over the phone Excel skills-moderate (use a spread sheet to sort for information) Microsoft, to construct emails to customers and proper grammar, communication skills, critical thinking.
