Your Role: Are you experienced manager or enthusiast in leadership who wants to grow to experienced manager? We are looking for technically oriented leader, who will help us build the end user AI experience for our OnPrem Observability product line. To achieve that, he or she also collaborates with all stakeholders such as Product Management, Marketing, Sales Engineering and Support. A strong technical background combined with business-oriented thinking, leadership skills and understanding basic UX principles is essential to succeed in this challenging and exciting role. AI/ML portfolio is brand new to the SolarWinds products’ family, it consists of various useful features which include anomaly detection, forecasting, events correlation, or root cause analysis. Responsibilities Drive team towards culture of continuous improvements and innovation. Plan, identify, hire and develop employees with the skills needed by the team. Develop technical leadership and engineering competencies within the team. Participate in feature discussions and high-level analysis, oversee high level architecture design. Working closely with Product Owners to understand software requirements and drivers of customer satisfaction. Ensure that the product delivers compelling features with great usability. Ensure that quality is a top priority of the engineering team. Qualifications Required: Strong technical background in engineering. Experience as a leader or scrum master in a software development team. Experience with agile methodologies. Proficiency in one or more programming languages, related frameworks, and best practices. Strong communication skills. English language proficiency. Nice to have: Knowledge of Windows, Linux and MacOS environments. Working experience with relational databases. Knowledge C
