Supplier Quality Management and Tools Specialist

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile Ensure and continuously improve quality of suppliers and their deliveries within the Division Project Organization by controlling and implementing optimized cross-functional processes for Supplier Quality Management (SQM), based on Corporate/Division SQM requirements; Implement monitoring, controlling and reporting of quality performance of suppliers and their deliveries and SQM performance within the Division Project Organization. Support cross-functional cooperation with Procurement, Quality Management, Logistics, R&D and Manufacturing within the organization; Establish and operate controlling and reporting systems for SQM and delivery/supplier quality performance. Your responsibilities (Strategic) Projects Ensure and continuously improve quality of suppliers and their deliveries within the Business Unit. Monitor, control and report supplier’s quality performance and overall SQM performance within the BU. Cooperate cross-functional with Project Management, Project Execution, Commodity Management, Procurement, Expediting, Logistics and Quality Management Supplier Qualification Drive and coordinate supplier audits. Surveil the annual supplier audit program. Be capable to perform external audits at suppliers on demand. Follow up on audit measures during execution. Tool Specialist – Key user Act as key user for the supplier quality management tools (e.g. SCM STAR, ASD). Provide support for users of the Location. Support maintenance of the A-B-C Component List. Support supplier risk categorization as well as re-categorization.
