Our Field Services team works onsite with our customers to support the on-site application and planning of our industry-leading products.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As a Service Representative, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. You will carry out routine services related to water and process chemical treatment programs. You will continually develop your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for our customers.<br><br><b>As a </b><b>Service Representative</b><b>, you will be responsible for:</b><br><br><ul><li> Operating chemical treatment programs in line with operating guidelines to ensure all KPI's are within specs and to improve plant integrity. </li><li> Providing process chemical treatment services including; safe chemical handling, sampling, testing, reporting, and troubleshooting </li><li> Collaborating with internal Technical Experts provide support to customers, maintain all KPI's and fulfill customer requirements </li><li> Following and recording customer and internal HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have a minimum 5 years of experience working in process chemical treatment applications in refineries dealing with demulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors and fouling inhibitors. </li><li> Excellent in Microsoft office skills. </li><li> Demonstrate leadership skills while being able to work independently and within a team. </li><li> Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers </li><li> Be fluent in oral and written English </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.<br><br>This role is working with our customer on-site in locations.<br><br><b> Working with us </b><br><br>Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
