<u><strong>School Principal | American Curriculum schools in the UAE | All-Girls School  |  August 2022</strong></u></p>
<p>We are currently working with international schools across the Middle East, this job post would be for the UAE, I am looking for candidates with at least 10 years of experience as an Education, in addition, they would possess 3 years of experience as  Principal. They should possess and demonstrate clearly an understanding of the process and workings of Curriculum Delivery, teaching methods, and class observations. </p>
<p>I am looking for candidates who are strong team leaders, who are able to adapt to different environments and demonstrate how would they take charge and be an effective leader by leading a team of international and local educators and being mindful of the local traditions and culture. </p>
<p>This job would be for an all-girls school based in the northern emirates of the UAE.</p>

<p><strong>Requirements to Apply</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Masters or Doctorate in Education, Maths, Science, and the Educational field. </li>
<li>Preferred to have a Headship license (i.e Leadership licensure)</li>
<li>An excellent command of written and spoken English</li>
<li>Tech-savvy</li>
<li>Have experience of the British or US Curriculum </li>
<li>Experience dealing with a multinational Staff</li>
<li>Culturally aware, working in the Middle East is  Bonus.</li>
