Summary of the job: Plans, directs and supervise overall Equipment reliability strategy activities. Provides engineering advice and assistance to other departments Manage utilities related operation and maintenance activities Lead Engineering projects Duties & Responsibilities Provides effective management of subordinates to achieve asset management strategy objectives Communicate and motivate subordinates utilizing team building techniques, delegation skills ...etc. Coordinates cross functional teams to drive business and organizational results. Plans, schedules, conducts, and manages critical maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to engineering practices, local regulations, quality requirement and corporate global guidelines. Plan the electromechanical works for new projects Conduct URS (User Requirements) for new projects considering the compliance and business requirements. Lead Control of Change activities, and responsible for CAPA (Corrective Action Protective Actions) Assist with troubleshooting of reoccurring technical issue, discrepancies, and investigations of non-conformance and lead technical issue resolutions. Works on increasing asset reliability using techniques and tools like FMECA, RCPS Develops standard operating procedures of maintenance activities, Utilities operations. Lead the site Machine safety assessment activities to insure safe working environment. Contribute in environmental sustainability road map to achieve the corporate targets Deploys and coordinates in house and contracted housekeeping, landscaping, pest control and facilities maintenance to ensure compliance. Supervise preventive maintenance of building utilities and machinery, manufacturing systems, mechanical and electromechanical equipment, and provides laboratory support Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, address complaints and resolves staff related issues. Ensure complete compliance of all subordinates to the organization safety, quality requirements and Credo guidelines and polices. Hire, train and mentor new technicians Main performance measures (Performance Goals) Over all Equipment Efficiency Production lines & Utilities reliability Technical related non-conformity situation Organization HSE (Health Safety Environment) KPIs Qualifications Experience Required Education: Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical OR mechatronic Major is preferred Engineering / Business / Managerial related post graduate education is an asset PMP, Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing is an asset Years of Experience: 4-8 Years in similar position in international organization working in FMCG is preferred. Language: Fluent in Arabic and very good in English language (Third language is an asset). Technical/Functional Skills Required Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft applications and AutoCAD).
