¬counting and Finance Analyst

As Accounting & Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for using the accounting knowledge to correctly classify and record/book the daily transactions, in line with local Statutory and international requirements. You will also support the analysis of the financial and operational data when required, investigate variances, participate in the month end closing processes under the guidance and coordination of Finance Manager and in a close collaboration with the finance team and other functions; you will support the specific internal control processes or the ones required by the operations. Your main tasks will be: Take full responsibility for the assigned daily / monthly processes, thereof: Customers accounting and management (including issue and sending customer’s invoices, collections, clearing and out of balance clarification, credit limit); Vendors accounting and management (including invoices posting, payments creation, monthly reconciliation); Participate at: Prepare balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis including the necessary details, analysis and supporting documentation; Support finance leader, finance team and other business partners to meet all finance and Co goals; Support various financial reporting analysis, reconciliations and ad-hoc reporting; Takeover by rotation, other accounting/ finance tasks for securing the knowledge sharing, development and growing within the role; Work in a team environment to drive improvement in financial and operational processes, including ERP. Qualifications To be successful in the role, the candidate is required to have the essential skills, qualities and experience listed below: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Economics – required; Strong accounting knowledge and experience with local statutory requirements (US GAAP will be an advantage); Strong SAP knowledge - required (2+ years); Experience 2+ years in a relevant accounting / finance role; Good level of written and spoken English, fluent Hebrew speaker; Good level of Excel knowledge; Analytical skills - ability to prepare, analyse and interpret financial analysis/reports; Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, policies and business concepts; Good interpersonal skills, good communication - you must be able to work closely with all levels of management, peers and/or functions; Flexible and collaborative, ready to adapt and improve; Learning agility and willing to grow within the function What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
