Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Data Lead within their Supply Chain Technology Services organization, located in the EMEA region. We build out strong teams within JJT to guide our business partners through this transformation, from process design over build and testing till implementation. Key Responsibilities: You will partner with the business lead to drive the data strategy. You will guide the team on the agreed strategy, data standards, data quality and governance thereby ensuring technical implementation is at all times aligned to the agreed strategy. Business counts on you to align the strategy and governance process to the business needs. You will act as the point of escalation for technology issues, will handle risks, identify and resolve technical impediments and cross-team dependencies. We need you to work with the SC Data team to define and agree viable technology options and to find opportunities to leverage. We support the flow of information from generation to consumption, leveraging a variety of data platforms. Your creativity and investigation is key to discover use cases for intelligent automation. Peers and colleagues will collaborate with you to align the technology tools across the products to promote reusability, scalability and modularity. You will provide leadership in the field of data & technology architecture and will coach and mentor team members, drive continuous improvements and best practices' implementation. Together we want to stay updated and understand emerging trends related to application development and digitization and transform those insights into innovative ideas to further improve the services. Qualifications Education: We would love to hear from you if you have a degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or a related field. Experience and Skills: Required: Demonstrable experience in big program implementations where multiple applications are involved. Extensive experience in Agile Product Development with a strong focus on delivery. Strong techno-functional skills to build the sector level data strategy. Inspiring leader in Data management. Drive standardization and selection of technical tools to support the strategy. Background or knowledge of Commercial and Supply Chain processes. Preferred: Demonstrated expertise in data requirements analysis, building of data management capabilities like Master Data Management, Integration, Data Lake and Data Governance to deliver positive business impact Hands-on experience with data & analytics technologies in a multi-functional environment. Other: You can communicate fluently in English and mentor and empower our service partners in a constructive and strategic way You possess provable negotiation skills and are targeting for an outcome where everybody wins.
