Offshore Rig-Up Supervisor

<p>StimWell Services, a leading provider of well stimulation services owns and operates the state-of-the-art stimulation vessel MV Island Patriot. The vessel is based in Esbjerg, Denmark and operates throughout the North Sea in the Norwegian, Dutch, Danish and UK Sectors.</p>

<p><strong>Offshore Rig-Up Supervisor</strong></p>

<p><strong>Salary is &pound;27,500.00 - &pound;30,000.00 per annum, dependent on experience.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Plus Basic Offshore Allowance when operational offshore.</strong></p>

<p>Although this role is primarily based on the rigs / platforms, you will also be required to work across functions on The Island Patriot Vessel for StimWell Services in an operator capacity, if there is no operational requirement for you to be rig based. Based on a 21/21 day rotation when rig / platform based, this is a physically demanding role, where key responsibilities include: -</p>

<ul>
<li>When rig based, works closely with the Customer&
39;s Representative as liaison between StimWell Services and the Customer as well as being responsible for safe rig up of equipment in line with StimWell Services&
39; procedures.</li>
<li>Responsible for the rig up and testing of the offshore computer system prior to the commencement of treatment operations.</li>
<li>The control and safe operation of all equipment placed offshore.</li>
<li>Ensuring rig based electrical equipment is ready to be received on rig upon vessel arrival in field.</li>
<li>The co-ordination and supervision of the employees on site while performing the job and assuring compliance with customer and StimWell Services safety requirements.</li>
<li>Maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful team.</li>
<li>Provides training, guidance and advice to personnel working under their direction.</li>
<li>Assisting with the control and maintenance of offshore basket and warehouse inventories of High Pressure iron components.</li>
<li>When Vessel based, support Vessel crew with operational and other maintenance requirements designated by the Vessel Stimulation Supervisor.</li>
<li>When Vessel based, ensure all defective equipment is reported to Stimulation Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor and ensure remedial action is taken to repair same.</li>

<p>The key requirements for the role include: -</p>

<ul>
<li>At least 3 years&
39; experience in a similar role.</li>
<li>Proficient in using Microsoft Packages, including Word and Excel.</li>
<li>Knowledge of oilfield standards.</li>
<li>Highly customer focussed.</li>
<li>Ability to work to tight deadlines.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.</li>
<li>Has a work permit and/ or right to work in the EU/EEA.</li>
