The Senior Business Partner would strong relationships with all assigned Business Leaders maintain an objective mind in evaluating their performance as a group. It will require ability to work closely with the regional Finance Teams. This position will report directly to the Director FP&A EMEA. In this role, you will… Lead Finance Business Partner supporting VP Marketing, EMEA Marketing leadership, Sales Force Excellence lead and Business OPS lead by Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies Delivering analysis and insight on business opportunities; providing options and scenarios for business decisions related to: - Portfolio changes, new product introduction - Promotions and Discounts programs - Marketing Investments - Commission structure - Performance measurement Presenting financial performance, full year forecasts and budget variances including understanding financial opportunities and risk Challenging current ways of working, driving efficiencies and cost savings wherever possible Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance by actively communicate and interact with Business Intelligence and Marketing Directors and integrate KPIs in current/forward looking reporting. Design and develop new reports and reporting capability using system automation Business, Objects BI reporting tool. building models to support AOP planning and l performance assessment. Understanding the cost drivers of the business and providing insight to the non-finance members Ensure financial data Financial Planning systems are accurate and complete. In this role, you’ll need … At least 7-10 years of relevant Finance experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field or equivalent experience Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively in order to explain financial concepts to non-finance people. Advanced Financial Management and performance management skills Strong communication and presentation skills required A proactive leadership and self-starter attitude, work independently with minimal supervision, International experience and mind-set Ability to interact with and influence influence key decision makers and think strategically Ability to prepare and analyze P&L components, with related financial metrics Ability to work on complex issues and perform in-depth evaluations and knowledge of layout and design best practices for reports and dashboards Fluent in English (Preferably additional language in either Spanish, German, Italian or French Ability to travel abroad up to 25% of the time for training and internal meeting purpo Sound like a good fit?      Great!
