IT SUPERVISOR - CHINESE SPEAKING

<p>JOB SUMMARY:<br />
Provide first line support to staff on all company supported applications through ticketing system,<br />
phone or Email. Troubleshoot computer problems and determine source, and advice on<br />
appropriate action.<br />
Responsible of the installation and daily management of the VOIP system for the whole<br />
Company.<br />
Manage IT assets health in terms of endpoint security, patch management and accessibility.<br />
Responsible of the automation of the scripts to push applications and perform general<br />
maintenance.<br />
Responsible of the AMOS Templates creation and maintenance.<br />
Complete application project-based work.</p>

<p>RESPONSIBILITIES:<br />

The duties assigned will be varied; these will include but not be limited to the following:<br />
? Answer staff questions on all company supported applications.<br />
? Troubleshoot computer problems.<br />
? Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).<br />
? Advise staff on appropriate action.<br />
? Serve as liaison between staff and the IT management department to resolve issues.<br />
? Work one-on-one with staff on application projects.<br />
? Take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues<br />
? Provide recommendations on company application purchases.<br />
? Document resolutions for future reference.<br />
? Perform hardware and software installations.<br />
? Manage the VOIP solution for the whole Company.</p>

<p>Manage IT assets health by using all Company provided tools such as Kaseya, Scripting<br />
or other methods as directed.<br />
? Manage automation of scripts to push applications using the Kaseya Script Editor.<br />
? Create, modify and maintain the AMOS Templates for Maintenance routines.<br />
? Maintain GPO for the rigs' servers.<br />
? Visit rigs and work stations and branches of COSL Middle East as required<br />
? Liaise with COSL assigned IT Service provider<br />
? Ensure the security and privacy of COSL Middle East IT infrastructure<br />
? Advise Management on IT Security, Policy and Procedure<br />
? Assist the E & P Department in sourcing the most appropriate vendor for IT Equipment<br />
and software<br />
? Keep a log of all IT Equipment issued by the company and work with the Administration<br />
Supervisor to keep an inventory and track all company IT related equipment<br />
? Other duties as assigned.</p>

REQUIREMENTS:<br />
? Bachelor's Degree on IT (or equivalent IT related knowledge)<br />
? Five years of application support experience.<br />
? Windows operating systems (Desktop and Server components)<br />
? General Networking<br />
? Active Directory and GPO<br />
? Client Databases configuration<br />
? Advanced knowledge of company supported applications. Ability to learn and support<br />
new applications. Work with staff requires interpersonal skills.<br />
? Ticketing and computer asset management system (Kaseya)<br />
? VMWareVSphere 5.1<br />
? VPro Technology (WMI, MBEX, AMT Technologies)<br />
? SNMP Monitoring experience<br />
? Symantec Enterprise Management (including GUP and Policy Management)<br />
? Symantec Application and Device Control<br />
? Symantec Endpoint Protection Knowledge<br />
? Symantec Enterprise Vault + E-Discovery<br />
? Forescout Network Access Control Knowledge<br />
? IDRAC Management<br />
? Citrix Xenapp<br />
? Websense Triton Management<br />
? Excellent manners.<br />
? Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems<br />
? Experience in using and troubleshooting Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013 within a network<br />
environment (permissions, calendar sharing, delegation, mailbox management)<br />
? Experience in using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Word,<br />
MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.<br />
? Excellent understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration.<br />
? Experience in Powerbuilder as Datawindow Designer.<br />
? Asterisk + Elastix hands on experience <br />
? MCP certification would be desirable<br />
? AMOS Business Suite knowledge would be desirable<br />
? RDBMS management and SQL would be a plus<br />
? Scripting</p>
