<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Due to planned expansion, the Halifax Branch of Academics is seeking to recruit an additional member of the team to assist with the success of our growth plan. For over a decade, Academics have successfully delivered an unrivalled recruitment service into local schools, from our office at Dean Clough.</p><p>The success of the branch in recent years has facilitated this expansion, the role is an all-encompassing one with a focus on recruiting high quality candidates for our very demanding clientele. You will be working closely with experienced mentors who will be able to guide you along the way with information and support available throughout. Additional factors in the role include Social Media management, database management along with pre-screening and interviewing prospective new candidates.</p><p>The ultimate progression of this role will lead to you managing your own case load and sales drives. The training provided by Academics will stand you in good stead for a career managing your own clients and developing further business for the company. As a consultant, you will be responsible and targeted appropriately for the growth of business within the schools that would feature in your remit - you will ultimately have full ownership of these schools. In order to achieve this you will be incredibly proactive with bespoke sales and marketing activity, be or become comfortable presenting Academics on a face to face basis and also use your skill as an interviewer to determine which candidates you will be taking to the market, based on their credentials and availability. You will have attention to detail and display good organisational skills.</p><p>Academics are looking for an articulate, self-motivated, career driven people person with extremely high personal and professional standards. what you might not have in specific recruitment experience will be trained into you from the ground up.
