Head of Business Controlling

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile University degree in business administration. Proven experience in managing people. Long-term experience (at least 3-7 years) in financial and business administration, controlling, reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles in an international environment with advanced skills. Solid knowledge and proficiency in SAP systems and MS Office (advanced in Excel). Excellent communication skills, fluent in business English, able to present results to management on regular basis with good networking skills. (German language skills are an advantage). Result-oriented and proactive team player with good analytical skills, an accuracy focus, and the ability to prioritize activities and to meet deadlines with highest quality. Your responsibilities Reporting to the CFO of the plant the position's main goal is to manage the business controlling team and to provide accurate and timely reports for HQ and local Management. Beside actual reporting the head of business controlling is expected to manage the planning and forecasting process as well for all financial KPIs and key financial data of the P&L, the Balance Sheet and Free cash Flow. It is also expected that all other business KPIs are reported according to company's accounting standards and HQ requirements. The position holder has to see to that Business Controlling provides professional support for any management decision making that requires financial evaluation. Special controlling support has to be provided for the Sales department including specific processes, applications and reporting. It is vital that the BC team provides strong control over company's assets and comes up with asset management initiatives as well as fixed cost saving measures to continuously increase productivity. It is also expected that the BC team helps improve key business processes for increased financial accuracy and effectiveness.
