Production Foreman

<p><strong><u>Objective</u></strong></p>

<p>Maximize value of company assets by efficiently managing Production Operations, Projects and Field and Contract Personnel.  Main focus would be on new facility commissioning, flowback operations, and artificial lift installation and startup.</p>

<p><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></p>

<p> </p>

<ul>
<li>Responsible for the coordination and planning of flowback operations and first delivery to completed facilities.</li>
<li>Involved in the planning and construction of surface facility modifications for the installation of artificial lift.</li>
<li>Responsible for sourcing and commissioning of compression for gas lift.</li>
<li>Coordinates daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel.</li>
<li>Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors to get projects completed on time and within budget restraints.</li>
<li>Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs.</li>
<li>Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing oversight to maintain a safe environment according to HSE regulations and procedures</li>
<li>Developing and managing project budgets and quality standards for all sites.</li>
<li>Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.</li>
<li>Regularly reporting project status and cost expenditures to supervisors, site engineers and other company officials.</li>
<li>If necessary, recruiting, hiring, training, managing and mentoring employees and contractors.</li>

<p>Reports directly to the Production Superintendent</p>

<p>Exercises supervision of contract personnel, Field personnel and support staff</p>

<p><strong><u>Accountability</u></strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Accountable for execution of flowback operations and first delivery to facilities.</li>
<li>Accountable for executing the installation of artificial lift equipment and transitioning wells from flowing to artificial lift state.</li>
<li>Accountable for managing contractors to execute compression installation, SCADA modification, wellhead modification, and other associated activities for artificial lift startup.</li>
<li>Accountable for open and positive communication between field and office engineers.</li>
