Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.<br />

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Project delivery, profit &amp; loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.</li>
<li>Partnering with customers to define growth and transformation ideas.</li>
<li>Driving a culture of process improvements and efficiencies.</li>
<li>Leading and managing project resources while managing stakeholder communication effectively.</li>
<li>Driving project governance through ensuring adoption of project management methodologies &amp; tools</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<li>Have a Bachelors from an accredited university or college.</li>
<li>Have experience in Customer Project Management. (PMP certification preferred).</li>
<li>Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead small teams.</li>
<li>Have effective problem identification and solution skills with proven analytical and organizational ability.</li>
