Testing Program Manager

Our Turbomachinery &amp; Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity. Our team is an essential link between the customer and the business.<br />
<br />
<b>Roles and Responsibilities</b></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>responsible in the test project scheduling and budget definition and in keeping the related status updated during the entire project life</li>
<li>act in full synchrony with Test Project Engineer, actively helping to coordinate activities to match test start date and budget and in defining strategies for the execution</li>
<li>plan activities from the project definition to the detailed design, procurement, commissioning and execution phases with appropriate reviews and milestones related both to machine instrumentation and rig erection or upgrade</li>
<li>interact with new product development PM, System Engineer and Manufacturing planners to keep test design project linked to the master program and MFG cycles.</li>
<li>actively participate to the test project coordination meetings and design reviews, keeping the project actions plan updated</li>
<li>update and establish a communication plan to share project status with the team members and the project shareholders (internal and external)</li>
<li>contributes to elaborate and analyze scenarios, trade-off analysis and critical path analysis of the test project</li>
<li>interact with main supplier of test equipment tracking order status and expediting suppliers execution and fulfillment</li>
<li>Expedite functions to fulfill deadlines and highlight risks to stakeholders (i.e functional managers, program managers, etc.)</li>
<li>Support Lab manager with functional investments deck managing, monitoring, tracking and approval process</li>

<li>Have a MSc in a related field or demonstrate equivalent expertise.</li>
<li>Have exposure to Turbomachinery fundamentals.</li>
<li>Be a team player and have good communication skills.</li>
<li>Be fluent in English.</li>
