Completions Engineer E&I

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently looking for an experienced E&I Completions Engineer with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role living locally in Western Australia. We look for innovative ideas and an agile approach to deliver the best possible outcomes and offer you an opportunity to progress and thrive by working collectively and making an active contribution. <br><br>Join our collaborative team, working side by side with a global specialist chemicals company on a new and innovative project in the growing Lithium resources market to construct a world class processing facility. <br><br><b>Position Specifics & Deliverables</b> <br><ul><li> Prepare and / or approve all documentation to support safe execution of the work scope, coordinate completions and pre-commissioning handover from works contractors and subsequent handovers to owner </li><li> Coordinate all completions and pre-commissioning aspects of the project to level C2 (Pre-Commissioning) </li><li> Coordinate works contractors (both equipment suppliers and site) to ensure the pre-commissioning is staffed with the correct expertise to complete the works effectively </li><li> Liaise between works contracts and Wood design to resolve any technical issues </li><li> Verify and update the GOC database (CMS) </li><li> Become active in planning and maintaining the Project Master Schedule </li><li> Plan and coordinate all off-site and on-site completions and pre-commissioning </li><li> Ensure all completions and pre-commissioning tools and test equipment are available in accordance with Project requirements </li><li> Ensure all consumables and temporaries are available to execute the scope of work for completions and pre-commissioning C1 and C2 phases </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Recognised National Certificate or Diploma in relevant discipline </li><li> 10 years experience with large industrial projects </li><li> 5 years experience at a engineering level with large industrial projects </li><li> Knowledge and experience with process control system systems and control interface </li><li> Knowledge and experience with Emerson Detla V PCS and field I/O Charm would be an advantage </li><li> Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills </li></ul><br> Candidates must have unrestricted full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role and be COVID vaccinated or have a valid exemption. <br><br>If you're an experienced E&I Completions Engineer, ready for your next project, then we are keen to hear from you today. <br><br>Apply now to discuss this opportunity! <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
