VEVRAA Federal Contractor - Priority Referral Requested.<br><br>Weatherford is an Equal Opportunity Employer Females/ Minorities/ Veterans/Disabled and gives consideration for employment to qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.<br><br><b> Responsibilities </b><br><br>Operate a full range of open and cased hole fishing, casing exit, and well abandonment tools, maintain equipment and assist customer with well problems and planning <br><br><ul><li> Operate wide range of downhole tools including but not limited to open and cased hole fishing, casing exit and well abandonment operation at customer job site </li><li> Dispatching preparation and maintenance of downhole and fishing tools ensuring they are maintained and inspected to relevant standards and fit for purpose </li><li> Liaise with customer and drilling crew on trouble shooting and job planning to ensure effective solution are recognized and carried out </li><li> Complete appropriate job reports and other relevant paperwork and ensure it is uploaded to Weatherford Performance Tracking System and approved by management </li><li> Attending customer meetings as required </li><li> Write specific job procedures as required </li><li> Assist with product sales and support functions </li><li> Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time. </li></ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> 3-4 years related field experience </li><li> High School diploma (or Secondary School Diploma or equivalent) as minimum. Preferred 2 years College degree </li><li> Strong operational and technical skills. </li><li> Good knowledge of downhole and fishing tools, good understanding of downhole well conditions. </li><li> Extensive oilfield equipment and product knowledge. General computer knowledge. </li><li> Capable of multitasking and working effectively under pressure. </li></ul>
