1 Best Place to Work in the Health Industry Located at North Ryde with flexible working offerings Exciting opportunity to be part of a global brand THE OPPORTUNITY We are currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Professional, reporting to the Quality Manager. In this critical role you will provide effective quality support to J&J Medical business partners and key stakeholders to ensure our products are managed with a high focus on Quality and Compliance, in order to meet the expectations of customers and patients while meeting J&J, ISO and regulatory standards. You will be part of the Business Quality organization for Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals within J&J ANZ. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide quality input for the introduction of new product, product divestment and acquisition Facilitate quality review and support for supply of biologic products in Australia Provide quality support and approval of NCR’s, CAPA’s and Change Controls Provide quality input for the development and review of documents (SOP’s WI’s, forms, etc.) Ensure J&J standards are effectively implemented, and support on-going compliance Support continuous improvement initiatives through active project participation Engage in supplier management by establishing and maintaining Quality Agreements with suppliers Provide Quality support for internal, external audits and corporate audits Provide support for the implementation and improvement of Quality Management Systems Facilitate the collection of Quality metrics and ensure input into the reporting systems. Qualifications ITS ALL ABOUT YOU Prior work experience and understanding of quality systems, health authority regulations and international quality accreditation standards e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 13485 Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate, impact and influence key stakeholder groups Strong customer service orientation Outcomes-driven individual who can solve complex problems, Solutions focused with the ability to identify novel and innovative solutions with a sense of urgency High ethical standards combined with superior attention to detail Ability to lead without direct line authority and meet predetermined deadlines.
