Johnson & Johnson’s Global Services (GS) Business Support team is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial support for the Global Services business. Role & Responsibilities: This Global services (GS) SFA in Bogota will be responsible for providing financial support to GS functions and other areas: Develop annual business planning (BP) for LATAM Global services, provides updates to Business Plan, working with business partners to identify solves for any gaps in business plan Track actual spend in Bogota, Brazil and other Latin America countries, provide leaders with budget vs, actual spend analysis, lead BVA reviews. Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders in order to deliver financial commitments. This includes, a clear understanding of the big picture, high accuracy for LT cycles, and rising flags when need it. Provide accurate financial reporting requirements, this include Bravo, TM1, SharePoint site etc. Manage cost charge outs to J&J affiliates Partner with COEs and other finance teams globally to coordinate budget and cost transfers, reconcile any gaps Implement new policy and procedures, and best practices Support internal audit for Bogota and Brazil sites Lead projects to improve cost or streamline process The role will demonstrate the Leadership Imperatives of Connect, Shape, and Deliver with regard to performance by utilizing metric driven insights to drive towards addressing unmet needs, challenging the status quo, and holding accountable key stakeholders to act with speed and agility. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferably with a major in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting Proficient in English Language (required) Financial certification in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, or other equivalent is preferred A minimum of 5 years of finance or related business experience is required Prior FP&A and relevant systems skills such as SAP / TM1 (ERP) experience it is a great plus Strong Analytical & conceptual skills and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions) Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Primary Location Colombia-Distrito Capital de Bogotá-Bogotá- Organization Johnson & Johnson de Colombia S.A.
